About me

 Nutrition has been a passion of mine for years.  I believe that what we eat along with exercise and building lasting lifestyle habits is the key to living our best life.  

​

In 2021 I received my Masters in Health & Wellness upon completion of a holistic-based program with a focus in nutrition.  I believe that we should never stop learning so I also invest my time in continuing my education through mentorships and online courses offered through some of the best coaches in the industry.  

​

I am a mother to a high-energy, sweet, 7-year old little boy.  Being his mom is the most rewarding and fulfilling part of my life.  My husband is in the military, so we get the amazing opportunity of moving frequently which has brought us to some amazing places.  We've lived in the DC area, NC, Charleston, SC, South Florida, Japan, & Boston (currently).

 

Bodybuilding is my favorite hobby - I've competed in a couple shows and plan to again in the future.  I believe it's critical to set the example for my clients, so living a healthy and active life is something I fully embrace and enjoy.

The one thing I feel really good about is my progress with you. I can see a change in my body, in the way my clothes fit and even in the way I feel about food. I am not thinking about snacking or eating even as much. I ate some food at our church potluck yesterday because I wanted to, and I really enjoyed the whole experience. Sitting with friends and eating thoughtfully was such a great sign of progress for me. Going to the gym is fun and something I look forward to (mostly when I feel better). I am proud of myself.
